Tasting vom 23.03.2022: Ulrich Sautter

Floral und auch etwas beerig, fast etwas Weißburgunder-Beerigkeit, am Gaumen zeigt der Wein trockene Phenole auf sehr geschmeidiger, fülliger Grundlage, hat Volumen und leichte Salzigkeit, der Alkohol ist sehr gut eingebunden, die Mineralik präsent.
