Tasting vom 19.02.2021: Dominik Vombach und Benjamin Herzog

In der Nase konzentrierte Frucht mit gedörrter Zwetschge, Sauerkirsche und Rumtopf. Dazu feine Röstnoten, gut eingebunden, etwas Mokka und Karamell. Am Gaumen saftig, erstaunlich elegant, Tannin leicht spürbar und anhaftend, langer Abgang.
